Isaac’s BBQ je dítěm šéfkuchaře Isaaca Starobina a jeho týmu z Dirty Dog Barbeque na Manifesto Market Anděl. Zrodilo se z lásky k nejstarší americké kuchařské metodě (a nejlepšího exportu, hned po Van Halen), a posouvá rustikální BBQ na novou úroveň díky propojení s technikami vysoké gastronomie a občasným latinskoamerickým nebo asijským twistem. Výsledek? Revoluce pro každého, kdo si myslí, že americké jídlo jsou jen burgery a hranolky.
Přijďte si dát koktejl a malé občerstvení k našemu baru pro 10 lidí, kde můžete sledovat, jak naši kuchaři a pitmasteři plní smoker žebry, brisketem a vepřovými kýtami. Nebo si sedněte ke stolu a pořádně se nacpěte tácem plným vašich oblíbených mas, domácích příloh a omáček.
Delicious food and an amazing vibe. This one’s a must for anyone who loves BBQ! Selection of brisket, pork ribs, wings, Mac n cheese and many other delicious options. We also tried their IPA which was really good. Wish we could eat this food EVERY DAY!
Went up and got the rib plate with mac and cheese and coleslaw. It’s good, the meat was some of the best I had had in a while and my buddy from LA also enjoyed them.
I always make sure to get chicken & waffles here. Best in the country!
I wish I knew about it sooner! As an American, I can attest to the authenticity of the BBQ here. It is simply amazing. I would eat the pulled pork sandwiches and cheesy waffle fries here for the rest of my life if I could! Staff is super friendly, cheerful and helpful and they speak English too.
